Fate of Israel in Jeopardy- Hamas Deny Existence of Jews-Conflict Brewing up

Benjamin Netanyahu

Introduction

The main cause of the dispute between Israel and Palestine has not had the religious flavor. Instead, the conflict existing between Palestine and Israel is over the land reclamation. Slowly, both Muslims occupied Palestine and Jews controlled Israel have started hostility without peaceful settlement. History of this gruesome conflict dates back to 1948 when Palestine was an unbreakable land without any split. However, the whole Palestine was divided into three major parts after the Second World War being over. Arab Muslims and Jews struggle over the legal rights to possess the land.

Background of Conflict between Jews and Arab Muslims - Deadlock Exists

Jews have strong evidence that the small land was the place for Jews monks and civilians to live. The territory was occupied by Abraham and then successors.  Therefore, Jews civilians have their own ownership right to claim West Bank, and Gaza Strip. On the other hand, Arab Muslims restate that their grand forefathers inhabited in old Palestine for centuries over. They are original descendants with glossy historical background to challenge the rights of Jews residing in Israel. In 1948, the ethnic clash forced Jews to sacrifice around one million lives for restoring the Old Palestine. Gaza Strip was heated up and roasted in fire because of missile attack. Palestinians were seen packing up their luggage for internal deportation.  In 1967, after caustic hostility, both Jews and Arab Muslims sat for supporting truce. Palestinians in Gaza Strip got political power and army of Israel decided to leave the land of Gaza Strip. However, the insurgency didn’t cease permanently. Hamas won in the general election and took the control over this tinny land. Hamas declared Gaza Strip as independent land without subjection to Israeli government. In between, America and Western nations in Europe branded Hamas as the strong militancy organization to indulge the insurgency. Gaza Strip was again cordoned off by Israeli army.  Food and water supply was cut off. The prices of essential commodities experienced a terrific hike. Slowly, the condition of Arab Muslims and Druze civilians is severe. Egypt has closed the aviation routes denying the access of any cargo air craft to fly over the sky of Cairo.  The uncertainty over the rehabilitation of Jews refugees in Gaza Strip is increasing. Million refugees are found roaming hopelessly close to the border of West Bank. Their hardened pale faces and dried lips half burnt in scorching sunlight don’t soothe hearts of the army of Israel. West Bank and Gaza Strip must be cool. However, the solution is not formulated still now due to the misconception and political impasse. In 1993, Oslo accord specifically prioritized the separate entities of Palestine and Israel. Both nations will have power to host general election. They will live peacefully. Two-state recognition policy is the gateway to pacification.  Oslo accord didn’t permit Hamas to instigate racial interest and insurgency.  Fate of Israel depends on the Oslo accord and the decision of Hamas. However, American government will never let Hamas organization to mobilize crime, insurgency and vandalism to disturb the territories.

Accord of Prisoners Signed by Hamas and Fatah to Discard Israel

Fatah and Hamas were agreed to revise and cross check the drafted document to evaluate the existing presence as well as recognition of Israel in the international forum.  Hams will have to answer whether Palestine government will get backup from this militia outfit.  After the general election way back to 2006, Madrid Quartet accord was published. In this final accord, UN, EU, Russia and USA were unanimous to start more productive investigation to measure the willingness ofHamas toend the tussle.  Hamas militia outfit must ensure that the truce process must be supported. They will have to admit the recognition of Israel as a separate and independent country. In addition, Hamas rulers have to follow guidelines given by America allied force. Madrid Quartet agreement directs Hamas to go for pacification process without pampering germs of radical force, violence and subversion. Hamas have to assist Israel to rehabilitate refugees so that there will be none to die helplessly. America and other European countries will be lenient to permit this militia group to participate in the global conferences, seminars and meetings.  To have international recognition, and support from America, Hamas leaders will have to reset their hidden agendas and programs to maximize the peace process in the ME. Frankly speaking, in the drafted copy of Hamas prisoners, it supports the demographic absence of Israel in the map. Israelis will belong to the minority class after the wide internal deportation. Israel needs to confirm the legal authoritative power of all Hamas refugees since 1948. Jerusalem and West Banks must provide more space to these Hamas refugees to live. This heavy exodus from Gaza Strip to Jerusalem and West Banks will certainly turn Jews civilians to creamy minority groups.  White House and West don’t approve such claim of Hamas.

Modification of Hamas’ Charter and Prisoners’ Accord Supported by West

The modification of the old Prisoners’ accord supported by Fatah should take place for the sake of solidarity. Especially, Articles 9 and 3 must be replaced by bringing more assertive statements for justice.  In article 3, Hamas’s claim for boosting up insurgency against Jews is cumbersome. In Article 9, the proper identification of Palestinian refugees has been unanimously seconded whereas the replacement of Jews from majority to minority is the ultimatum to threaten Jews communities.  In future there will be no Jews in the world. They will have to choose the self suicide as they have no land to possess. America will not imprecise and expand the deadlock in Gaza Strip. This super power warns Hamas to settle the issue with Jews for the restoration of peace in the region. Abdel Rahman Zeidan, one of the ministers of Palestinian government, has denied any resolution of Hamas to admit the two-state policy recognizing the presence of Israel. He is straightforward and outspoken to maintain clarity in his speech. He can’t give access to Jews to claim a separate identity. Islamic resistance movement organization criticizes Israel for land reclamation.  They are not eligible to run the government in Jerusalem. The Charter of Hamas is transparent with strong objectives to discard the lawful or legitimate existence of Israel.

Conclusion

Violence and insurgency are continuing in Gaza Strip. West Bank passes through long lasting impasse. Global political leaders want Hamas to maintain softness in evaluating the role of Israel. Hamas must need to change and reset the Charter immediately so that the way to peace process must be easy for them in the long run.
