Bandit and Penelope are not normal human beings. Nor are they superhuman with invincible power to create another mini Huxley’s hatchery (Brave New World written by Huxley) to manufacture extraordinary qualified human citizens through cloning. Bandit and Penelope are two dogs from Boxer species. Unfortunately, they suffer from incurable diseases. They are believed to be slaughtered by their masters due to irrecoverable illness. To be frank, it is a tough question to ask whether humanity gets triumph over the justice. What is called humanity? Is it called humanity to punish the accused? How to define justice? Well these common questions have a close proximity with the side effect of animal slaughtering. Animal welfare organizations have been formed to give the legitimate rights to all animals to have basic amenities like food, shelter, medication and life care. So, people have to be much more enriched in decent thoughts stained in the color of philanthropic love, and humanity.

Are Animals Sentient? How to Define Animal Welfare?

Specifically, to define animal welfare, Marian Dawkins, one of the eminent researchers, has stated clearly that humans need to evaluate both negative and positive feelings of animals whenever they intend to assess the importance of animal care in broader sense. Animals are sentient. However, few critics claim that animals suffer from the absence of negative sense (suffering). Same way, they have the least empathic senses to understand the emotional value of humans. However Dawkins opines that animal care communities should not manufacture new definition on animal wellbeing on the strength of only subjective feelings ( the feeling which is not connected with the external world. Better to say it is based on personal emotion without attachment with external objects). So, more researches must be conducted to measure the emotional value and senses of domestic /wild animals for building up better perceptions about the presence of emotion/senses of animals. Subjective senses don’t respond to the external stimuli or any object to enable a person or animal to reformat his/her own feeling independently. People must have good conscience to support the role of humanity instead of being orthodox with some fictitious social obligations and norms. The role of animal care society must be broadly identified for the protection of animals from the hands of inhuman slaughtering. Anton Checkov tries to find the relationship between the justice and the humanity for proper correctness of the society. Justice is the edifice built up on foundation of honesty, truthfulness and humanity. It never destroys the human existence. It establishes the right to standard living irrespective of religion, caste and color. Animals must not be demolished under the pay loaders of justice. They must be treated as you do other normal beings. Justice is not a gigantic machine. Law has been designed and enforced to bring a fantastic portal to humans to live peacefully with others in the society. Animals are also creatures of this world. Bandit and Penelope should be given a new lease of life. They must not be euthanized or mercilessly slaughtered ignoring the doctrines of altruistic theories. Vision is the pure consciousness without subjection to evil spirits and materialistic comfort. Celestial light must be regained and recovered through the self-sacrifice, universal love and good deeds to reduce all negative elements from the world. Vision is the last stage of the whole cycle to be united with the halo of transcendental entity. It must not be the state of hallucination /deep enchantment in which a man brews up some intoxicated feelings with emotional outbursts. Holistic glimpses are not fictional. Man must have constructive thoughts with self-awareness to realize the demand of Bandit and Penelope. They must have emotional intelligence to motivate others to prioritize the value of animals.

Stop Animal Slaughtering- Enhance the Altruistic Love with Humanity

The repeated incidents of animal slaughtering is a global concern. Cows and other mammal animals must not be sent to research labs for experiments. They should not be administered any harmful medication for a part of research. In this connection, government, general citizens and different non-profit animal care organizations must have resolution to launch more powerful self-awareness campaigns to educate people regarding the animal safety. Humans can’t be destructive to smash the world. Wanton acts in Zimbabwe to kill Tiger Cecil must be barbaric. People must have sympathy and good compassion for animals. They don’t self-create animals and therefore they have no right to mercilessly wipe out animals for pleasure. Bandit and Penelope must not be scapegoats to brutality and barbaric attitude of humans. Humanity must be the only yardstick to assess quality of humans lowering down the importance of materialistic achievement and self-interest. These tow innocent representatives from the animal kingdom must be brought under the single umbrella to participate in all philanthropic activities to make the world a second Paradise where sweethearts play in the Eden Garden singing melodious song of humanity.
