The World Economic Forum has offered  few updated reports putting stress on the adaptability of students to the changing circumstances, the growing interest with innovation and formation of dynamic personality with logistic aptitude. 

In this updated report given by World Economic Forum, experts shortlist six foundational literacies and 10 innovative skills. 

Out of six foundational literacies, numeracy, scientific literacy and innovative literacy are vital to students.  On the other hand, ten skills include competency and quality of character.

Need Consistency in SEL Training

Experts confirm that SEL training must be started early to tune up children.  In this juvenile period, the mind of a child is fresh to digest easy SEL training materials and guidelines.   However, students after entering into colleges should have contact with SEL guidelines consistently.  The gap will be harmful to a student to do the self improvement. SEL at Classroom

Incredible Years SEL program is suitable to parents to give direct or holistic guidance to newborn babies and kids for being sociable.  Parents upgrade behavioral pattern of children through direct participation in SEL coaching.   Often nurses visit houses of pregnant women and guide them how to behave with infants for development of relationship.  It is called   Nurse Family Partnership program.
