Political Turmoil Accelerates - 700 Million Dollar Scam Worsening Economic Condition in Malaysia

Malaysia has had undergone a tumultuous political deadlock with sudden economic downtime with the leakage of $700 million worth scandal. Najib Razak, the prime minister of Malaysia, has been cross examined by MACC investigative officers.  This money laundering issue has not imprecise the negative effect on the country’s economy.   The corruption and mistrust with disloyalty have shocked young generation in Malaysia.  Elections must be held to replace this corrupted leader.  

700 Million Dollar Scandal Jeopardizes Najib

MACC officers found some strong evidence and bank statements to confirm the surreptitious money transfer from the treasury of 1MDB to the personal bank account of prime minister.  Investigators estimated it was RM 2.6 billion ($700 million) worth deal which was not fairly done by the government of Malaysia.   UMNO members   need to scan the situation in which this scandal was matured. Opposition party of Malaysia   has severely bruised   Najib for his willful crime and fraudulence. This financial counterfeit is a crime and prime minister must be held responsible.  MACC investigators have found that this scandal has put 1MDB company in financial turmoil with the huge debt of $11 billion.   Najib Razak was reckless because of the turmoil in the country. He forced   MACC officers to shut down all investigations launched against him. He also pressurized anti-party members not to go outside the country without his permission.   These members can leak information of scandal which may tilt the government.  Reputation of Najib stepped down   with the announcement of big   money laundering. Sarawak media associates were harassed   as in newspapers and digital websites, this money scam was highlighted.  Najib had to bear insult due to this financial scam.  UMNO is the powerful party which   has been ruling the country since the independence way back to 1957.   Najib represents this national party.   Right now, his own party members are seeking show-cause notices from Prime Minister   in this regard.  If Najib is found deeply   involved in this billion worth scandal, UMNO   will have to backtrack leaving the position to the anti-party. However, investigation is on to reveal the hidden truth.  Even Swiss investigators have been called to evaluate the present situation.  They will make the hit list of the accused including the prime minister.  Fiasco is deep rooted with the drop by 3.9 in appreciation value of national ringgit.    It can’t be compromised   because the economy will collapse in this financial impasse.  

Anti-Naïf Crusade Formed to Explode in Malaysia

Muhyiddin has not played the role of deaf and dumb politician.   He broke the ice by asking for the resignation of Najib.    Meanwhile, Mahathir Mohamad (former PM) verbally assaulted Najib for demolishing the economy of Malaysia.  He should not continue spearheading the country.  Therefore, the anti-Najib trend is now taking a shape to predict the possible repercussion to dismiss Najib.   However, gambling in the political field is not new. Najib has some noticeable issues against opponent leaders.    He and his party will try to recycle the previous fodder o f sodomy scandal against Anwar Ibrahim.   The government arrested this heavy weight of the opposition party   in February for sexual assault.   Secondly, the lack of uniformity in the party of rivals   will help Najib to retaliate.  The fissure between PAS and People’s Alliance will be boosters for Najib impress people in his country.  UMNO must have no rival. It only ensures stable governance. This message will be conveyed by Najib’s party for coming to power in upcoming referendum.

 Najib’s   party must redo the table work for normalizing the situation.  In between, racial conflict in Kuala Lumpur is troubling UMNO.  Regional uniformity is demanded by UMNO.   ASEAN countries must not cook unhygienic materials to pollute the regional solidarity and harmony. Najib has also given his   innovative   and multidirectional vision to eliminate ethnic differences, turmoil and racism in Malaysia and ASEAN countries. Australia will support UMNO if the initiatives for regional harmony to end the communal force are adopted Najib. In this connection, America will need to check the political framework in Malaysia.  

Conclusion

Obama will visit this Asian country for fruitful negations to develop the economy of this small multi-lingual   country in Asia.   However, USA will not spend 24 hours for scanning the recent money laundering and its effect on national economy of Malaysia.   The upcoming election will be hosted after a span of three months. UMNO has some time to reset the futuristic role of its commando to win in the election,   however, this havoc $700 million scandal will emerge as a painful blister for Najib.
